I wrote it in quotes because the word is in French and means looks., stares,.. maybe I should change that title ! by the way, the face on the left is a man !lol

I notice you put the word 'regards' in quotes. This does look like two women giving each other the evil eye. The marbling suggests that hateful stares can come from any century, lol!
