Stop Animal Abuse: Andy

Animal Abuse happens all over the country, primarily to strays who are subject to casual cruelty and to animals abused into ferocity.

This is Andy. A dog found in Galashiels after being brutaly abused, and burned. He is now safe in a rescue centre. He was abused and burned severely on his back and neck. He was rescued because an anonymous call from a neighbor.
