It's all came due to my obsession with eggs. It's not about food. For me Egg is a symbol of potential, sort of mystery. Not the first time it's coming into my sculpture, and nothing I can do with this.
I was finishing this piece and the people of Chicago crowded by the Lake, a few miles from my studio looking at the wondering creature. Magnetized by celebrity I've made a dedication to this lucky Chance the Snapper.
I may come up with a special base, it deserved it.
Made in buff clay and stained with copper
