Along the Lochsa

This is referenced from a photograph I took while traveling along the Lochsa River here in Idaho. This is the river that Lewis and Clark followed from what is now Montana into Idaho from the Lolo Pass. Amazing scenery.

Sure. I worked on it for a couple of hours at a time. Started it on Monday night (4/6), worked on it each night after work for a bit, and finished it up last night, 4/8.

Good morning Rich. I am site surfing letting my mind work out some painting problems before I go to work and stumbled in here. Great stuff. It is readily apparent that you love calm, almost placid mountain and outdoor views. I suspect you are after that one single painting that you could walk into and feel the peace and beauty surrounding you. Very nice goal. I get that feeling every time I see another work you have created. Good work. Thanks for sharing.
