Hello friends!

Postby rrsum » Mon Jan 17, 2011 12:13 pm

Hello friends. I've been very busy this past year dealing with the curve balls that life has a way of throwing at us all. I've not had a chance to do much painting the past several months. :(

I have stopped in now and then to check the forums and your latest work! Some great stuff from you all!

I've finally been able to put my studio back together. This is my first piece in quite a few months. It's a work in progress. Hope you like!

Good to be back!

Hi Erika and Barb!

Thank you...glad to be back! Erika...nothing spectacular for a studio. Just an empty bedroom converted. Just didn't have the space for a time but now I do.

Take care!

Hey there Rich ,. Love to see your latest work. Life has thrown some huge curve balls at me the last year, I have not painted a thing in over 6 months. My heart was not in it. I fell in love with what I thought was the woman of my life and did a painting for her that was my best ever but it all feel through. It just about killed my entire spirit especially my desire to paint. But I am getting it back. It was so nice to see your great work as you are an old friend that I so much enjoyed conversing with . I hope I can get back too my old form. Please stay in contact with me as I need your support.

Al...look at the top of the forum page. You'll see the ASC logo, then the menu bar line under that. Right under the Menu Bar (Forums Home, User Gallery, FAQ, etc) you'll see Private Messages: and the link to check yours.

Hope that helps.

Hey there Rich,
I have not been on this site for months but tonight decided to see if I still recognized any of the old artists . And low and behold , I found your Eagle painting! This did warm my heart. I am an eagle painter. I love this work. You have not lost a touch of your
illiance.
It was so nice to see your work on here. I always felt connected to you in some strange way and it was more than art, maybe the dogs and bird hunting.
I always loved your art work.. I do plan to get back at what as this is what I do.
Relationships and serious injuries seen to have temporarily halted my art journey but I know I still have it, without a doubt. I just have to prove it which I will.
Love you
other,
Al

I think many of us are busy and don't always have the time for forums.....

I stop by when I can and miss some of the old timers. Good luck with the new work.

I love this - I get a 'George Washington at attention' feel.
