This painting looks as though it was done from an old photo. Maybe a round the 1930s or so. The lady in the middle could be the mother of the other two. I would say you may be a fan of Auguste Renoir. This is a very beautiful painting. Much time and work has went into it. Outstanding.
Perfection is what drives an artist.
The inability to achieve perfection is what creates a work of art.

Basically well-done and pleasing to the eye. I love the expression on the middle face. I do see some inconsistencies regarding
the woman who's looking down. Her feet look mismatched and there's something about her hand - looks twisted in a funny way, or something.
A little more detail with the womens' faces and neck (far left). tighten up the woman on the far right and you're good to go!
Good Job. E

I agree with John. It does have a 30's feel to it. It is very pleasing to look at. It also has a somewhat impressionistic feel to it. The faces are good. They have nice emotion. If you wanted to take it to the next level and make the painting a bit more realistic, I would work on adding some final touches with shadows and blending to really fine tune some of the details in the painting.

all the best,
Joe

Hi Leah!
OK. Well I think it would be a wonderful piece for say a postcard or
greetindg card.
On the critique tip, I would just say be careful about centering the piece.
Careful about the woman in blue's arm/hand.

It is a bit incongruous with the rest of the piece.
Try to really create if you care to a really dynamic view. Bring something forward or create a strong image to engage the viewer.

Also, feel free to play with their circumstances.
If they are bathing beauties perhaps they could be playing in a sea of green horticulture or perhaps the only water might be found on a table in a glass with a fish in it.

Ultimately, I think it shows you have a fun and easy heart
and you will progress as long as you are not a 'slave'
to an image.

Keep painting and have fun doing it!!
Engage your imagination and let it soar!
