Snow is a great idea. So do you sketch anything before you sculpt or is all your your head? Glad you decided to do this one. I think it is a very interesting animal.

I dont sketch, I have it in my mind. And I also look allot at pictures and video if I can find.
But this cat is illusive it seems! haha
This one will take some time to make and I will not do as meny progress shots as for the Eagle.
Just for fun then and then.

The base is more or less done.
Ready to start on the Lynx soon.
I´m thinking of doing the snow with clay. Havent decided yeat. Will see later on when the lynx is in place.

We got our first snow yesterday, very timely. I was out feeling it just now to get in the mood.
I saw allot of rabbit tracks and feel inspired. =)

Oh wow, I didn't realize you were adding clay to the base. I now see what yo are doing. This is going to be so cool.

Coming along. Plenty more to do ofc. But happy with it so far.
I have a lot of material left from my fly fishing period about 30 years ago.
There probably wasn't that much fishing. I thought it was the most fun to make the flies.
This is synthetic fur (for the ears) that I saved on. =) It was apparently used for something.
