Hello everyone I've been here awhile and have never had the guts to post. But today I was
updating my gallery and decided to go for at least one post to see what happens. So here
goes, My name is Noel Bebee and I'm an old school artist that went digital a while back.
Without further adieu here is the image. Oh by the way it is a large Jpeg so you may have
scroll around to view the whole image. If this doesn't work then I'll post a smaller one.
This is the finished one. When I've enough cash this will be printed out at 4 ft x 6 ft.
Posting is a lot harder than I thought.
THANKS Noel

Fantastic surrealism. Love the attention to detail, creation, life birth stages of life kind of stuff. Very well though out, composition is perfect. And you say this is digital? nice work. I would love to see this painted on a canvas. This piece has nice enery and flow to it. scale and depth are spot on. I do like this piece. :D

Hi Sandra Haley Noel Here. I THANK you for your thoughts on this image.
It's nice to get a little more in depth opinion on your work once in a while
and I THANK you again.
It's been a long time from the start to finish for this one because of it's
size. It's taken me a year and 2 computers to finish it, now come the
issues of getting it printed at the size that I want, 6ft x 4ft. As far as me
ever painting this in oils, that's doubtful. You see I went digital because of
not having the space to paint as large as I used to old school and the
computer seemed to be just the right tool to allow me to still do large
images. Here is a detail that is around the same size as the actual print.
If this works you will see this image at it's actual size. I just previewed
the attachment and you'll have to forgive the quality as it is jpeged down
to only 90 K to get it on here. But it should give you some idea of the
size the painting will be when printed. Thanks again for the interest. Noel

Try www.Zazzle.com they have a terrific range of printing options, from print on paper to prints on canvas in archival inks. You can get them printed in Mural size if you want them that big. One other one I used int he past to print out my digital was www.photostockplus.com they have a few memberships to choose from and all are great. I took the lowest a few years back for all my digital photography abstract, they never change anything on it unless you ask them to. they will call you on the phone or email you right back. Mr. Peter Sellars is a great guy. They have certain sizes they ask you to upload your digital files up for print to be bigger than 3MB and it has to be at least 300 dpi. They were using Zodak papers but have had lots of new stuff added since then. I don't know if they do Giclee now or not.

Hi Sandra Noel again. I've got a local printing agency that does my printing
all ready. It's better if I'm as close to the printing as possible as we run
proof strips of the work before it actually gets printed. The actual file is
around 750 Megs to 1 Gig in size. It will be printed at 450 dpi at 6 ft x 4 ft.
I do all my work at 600 dpi actual size that's the reason that it took 2
computers to complete. I started it using a G4 Mac but it started to not save,
so I upgraded to a G5 Mac to finish the painting. I thank you for all your
suggestions though. When it's printed I'll post a photo of the print with
someone standing beside it for scale if you're interested? I'm sorry for the
poor quality of the detail that I posted but it was Jpeged down to 90 Kb
from 28 Megs and the 28 Mg file was already a Jpeg that I sent to my son
about a month ago. I'd like to ad another detail, a much better one, maybe
tomorrow, if your interested drop back for a looksee around midday.

Hi, Noel! This is an awesome digital artwork. Good thing you decided to post it here for everyone else to see. I like the dreamlike tone of this image. What's your inspiration behind this? I'm just curious as it is really thought provoking. Since you've mentioned that you are an old school artist, why not post some of your traditional works here? I'm pretty sure everyone will appreciate them. Keep up the good work and hope to see more from you.

Hello Noel!

Great stuff, somehow reminiscent of Dali. You say this is your first post? Well, no one can say you do not know how to make an entrance!

As Sandra said, "Fantastic surrealism. Love the attention to detail, creation, life birth stages of life kind of stuff. Very well though out, composition is perfect." I could not agree more.
