I returned to an earlier painting that I wasn't happy with.

Thanks, Joe. Was having one of those, "I don't know what I want to paint," moments and looked over at this one.
"Let's see what I can do with that." I put it up on the easel and went to work. Detailed the background, lightened momma bear, added that raised area in the river behind the bears, darkened the rocks in the foreground and just generally cleaned it up. Might even touch it up a bit more.
