Need Help: Survey for class

I'm currently a senior in high school, and for my advanced engineering course, we are assigned a year-long project in which we basically need to invent something or create an innovative process. Mine deals with paint stain removal, and for one of our assignments I need to distribute a survey to people who work with acrylic paints, so I thought you guys might be able to help me out.
It'll take maybe two minutes at most to complete, and any help is greatly appreciated, to try to reach the minimum of 75 responses needed.

I took the survey also - I've ruined carpets and clothing a'plenty with acryls.
The consistency (and coloring of course) of the paint causes the damage -
like plastic fused onto and into a surface. Good Luck! E
