i m glad you post this beautiful painting. the beautiful beach's view...
really great! i like it!! :D

it makes my feeling calm, happy, thoughtful. makes my eyes happy..
and you make the rocks's shadow on the water.... perfect...

It's a beautiful painting Mike! Again, I can recognize your work in an instant! :D
The only suggestion I have to to possibly add a bit more detail to the foreground, to
ing it more into focus, which would give it a bit more sense of depth.
Love the colors and the subject, very nice overall!

hello Barb ,,,thanks for your comments to this one ..................first of all the pic is not that good in this one ............. it looks so good in person beleave it or not

but i just might be putting in pom trees in this one ,,,,,,,,,there is something in this one that tells me that it is not done yet

color in the forground ,,,,,,,,,,i think i will add more too this one barb ,,,,,,,,,,,,,but there is alot already

this is just one of them paintings for me that took a bit long and still can add much to it

Hi Mike!
Looks like another nice painting here! Is it just the angle of the photo that makes your horizon line look slanted to the left? Waterlines always need to be parallel to the top and bottom of your canvas.
I think it might be the angle of the photo but if not, you may want to fix that?

I agree with Barb on the foreground. I think if you add some darker colors in the bottom corners it will create a vignette effect and direct the eye into the painting even more.

Love the people on the beach and the reflections, and your sky is exceptional on this one!

hello there Rich ,thanks for your kind comments to this one ,,,,,,,,,,, well the horizon line was a bit off rich ,thanks for that

and i have done some more work on this one . think it looks much better then it did before ,so i am going to repost this one in the next day or two
