I quite like the second.

The first one should have more tone. The greens are too green and the yellows are too yellow.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm working on the Zagros Mountains painting and have put some final touches on 'Pastoral Ireland'. Here is a decent photo of 'Pastoral Ireland'. I firmed up the horse and changed the cowboy to a little girl.

The changes that you have made to the 'Pastoral Ireland' painting really add a greater sense of depth to the overall image. Nice work.
