I really like the expression in your Ital Girl, Tony.. Really good texture and highlights to her hair and reflection in her eyes. You are doing great! Keep it up. Suggest the technique of looking at your work in the reflection of a mirror periodically (early on in sketch as well as along the way) to help with proportion and right/left balance.
