Colors used: titanium black, burnt umber and cadmium light red

eezy. I believe u mistaken the light reflecting from painting for the light shining down.

But u know, u gave me an idea there and I think that I will try to paint over that light so that it shall realy be there when the painting drys up a bit.

Thank you, saphyre. Yes, I have to agree on that. It does look floaty. I actualy didnt planned the 'table' etc. and was actualy just focused on fruits.
Next time when I'll do still-life I will also include the surface to put it on. Thanx again!

Done aditional work on wings and rocks.
All that now remains is adding few aditional highligts and some 'detailings'.

Almost finished the sky, did some work on the rocks that need even more work. The wings are not finished yet and the body needs some work also.

I very much like both of them.

The only suggestions that come in mind are:
1st painting: the right eye (wiewer side) is a bit 2 high
2nd painting: the naked body looks 2 pale/foged compared with clothes.
But that is just my opinion and I'm only human.

Otherways they are great!
