Re: How did i do on my new drawing?

I like all the little details you added to your work. Is one thing I find very entertaining when looking at art. Also the color of the paper/picture give a nice feeling.

Re: trying for a fresher look...

I like the twist your mythic? second picture is taking. From the first picture and last update what a difference and in a good way. I keep looking for the end result.

Re: Celebrities, copyright and ASC ...

Thank you Singular. Yeah, all that stuff scares me. Sometimes I wish to share on FB a pic that I did to show a new method I'm using, but using a celebrity+someone else photo puts me on the mode "keep it for myself". I haven't found any place where you have CC license for celebrities.

Celebrities, copyright and ASC ...

Hello, For a long time I've been looking different websites for information about using photos of celebrities (or just beautiful photos) and copying them because you want to practice/develop your techniques using something that is beautiful, represents a challenge or just calls you to do it. I know ...

Re: My graphite pencil portrait

I don't know the actor, but I recognize it!, looks great your work. I'm not an expert, but maybe the suggestion of Cristo comes from contrast between subject and background? I usually center my effort in the subject and don't bother about the background, but I've seen people to give more impact work...

Re: My little lion in progress!

Wow what a cutie. Are you just going to use pencil or is it going to be in color? Any way I think will be great.

Re: Hello!

Thank you Joe!. I'll probably begin in a "shy mode" until I feel more confident, although I would like to participate in ASC contests just don't know if I should as I'm not an artist -I wish I was-. Anyway I hope to interact with you and other members in a positive way.

Regards, Yasmin

Hello!

Hi, just joined the group. I'm trying to understand how the group works and although I identified myself as an
art lover, I like to draw and paint (in the process of learning how to paint since last year). Hope to integrate in
an active way.
