Fall Colors - Overall Winner
"Bodegòn" reproduction of Melendèz by Pucci Ferraris

I am from Liguria, Italy and I started painting 10 years ago with different technique. But shortly afterwards, I decided to commit myself thoroughly to painting with oils. I am a self taught painter who loves the "golden age" of art. As an amateur I particularly enjoyed reproducing the XVII century Dutch, Spanish and French artists, trying to mimic their wonderful use of colours and lights. I have since begun an emphasis on my own original works. To see more of my art, please visit my online gallery here.
