Actually, four. I didn't realize the black and white deer in the forest is also colored pencil. I guess it's catching on :)

Very nice as usual, Sam. Did you notice there are three colored pencil pieces competing this time? (Yours, mine, and one other.)

I know you don't want to sell this very
charming piece but Oh, La-La!
What a great rendering. I'm also a big fan
of Art Nouveau, which your work quite
nicely represents.
To Heather, don't feel bad - I always get the two
terms mixed up - 'Art Deco' is more streamlined
and geometric...
Thanks, Ehoeveler

I love the vibrancy prisma colors bring to a piece. I agree that she is off. I drew her a few years ago and I admit that then I didn't know much about anatomy. Her neck separates her head and torso. There's a watering hole behind my house that was the inspiration.

Very art deco, (which style I love) and Prismacolor pencils can be so striking:) Good composition and colorscheme. Kind of wish you had spent more time on her face, something about the jaw line perspective bothers me... but altogether a lovely piece which is a pleasure to see!! :)
