This painting is water mixable oils, done on a stretched 24 x 30 inch canvas. I use a method I developed to get these type of paintings. I do so by choosing a piece of music most cases instrumental. I choose the colors which to apply based on impressions when I listen to the music with my eyes closed. Then I lay out those colors and play the piece in loop. Once this step is done I may scrape the thin layer of paint off and look for the images, then pull them out by painting them in, as I did here
