Explain Speedpainting... is this an exercise you do for yourself, or a class/group exercise?

I think in general realtion to tint, texture, shading, blending etc... he looks good.
I agree with E a bit in regards to feature shape and placement.. if you were going for a realistic portrait, they are close but could use some adjustements... However, if you were going for a stylized likeness or a caricature-esqe image.. then its on the money!
