I have never submitted my art for review before, but the point is to receive real and honest feedback, so please tell me what you really think.

Your lines are great. Your line is able to direct the eye through you work smoothly. Nice work.

I think your drawing skills are very good. I also think that from what I see here. You have artistic talent.
Perfection is what drives an artist.
The inability to achieve perfection is what creates a work of art.

I love the drawings. The first one is outstanding in every way. The second one's figure needs work (proportion and anatomy). You might want to use photos, or even better a real model to
ing it up to the level of the organic roots.

Thank you all for your posts, especially the last.
Good advice, I'm fairly proud of doing anything passable free hand but maybe studying a live subject will help me see the proportions right.
Thanks again!

Here is my first try from an image. The problem is I don't see the issue until after I'm done.

Head and arm are closer....Still not quite, I'll have to find someone willing to get naked and sit still - any volunteers? :)

These are already better, you're a quick study. :) To me the head looks normal, the neck though is thick, masculin on the first one. Keep going.

Then you're not done. Drawing with accuracy is never about getting it right the first time, it is constantly correcting, reassessing, measuring, stepping back from your work, identifying the mistakes and fixing them. Don't ever let any part of your picture become too precious to correct it if you discover an error. You will never "un-see" the mistake. It is better to continue and work through it. Definitely progress, though, and very creative. Keep it up!
