That is a pretty good rendering Natuy. I think you should now take it to the next level and add some darkness where the shadows fall and do a little blending.

In Progress

Postby starah99 » Sat Apr 05, 2008 5:21 pm

Can we put our drawings in progress on here? I am going slowly, i just had surgery on my wrist, so it's taking me a little while. Ijust wanted to know if it was okay to put what i have done up, and keep working on it.

Format?

Postby BAReam » Sat Apr 12, 2008 3:23 pm

BAReam here: just took my first look at this particular forum and am wondering about the format. Do you post an image to work from always or can the format be a verbal description? Will look further... thanks BAReam

Good question. Always differs. Since this is a new venture, we are still coming up with different ways to do things.

Nice start. The lines are very nice and soothing. I would like to see you take it to the next level and add some shading.

all the best,
Joe

Hello Singular

Postby nigelartist » Sat Jun 07, 2008 4:41 am

Firstly, great site. The best I've been on. Love the forums and competitions and fair comments with no bitchiness.

I have entered a nude sketch which I hope is acceptable.

Look after number one...Singular! (great name)

Help Please!

Postby nigelartist » Sat Jun 07, 2008 10:28 am

Hello Joe

I tried uploading my sketch (JPG) yet it said it was too large. I resized using resizr program and then it said incorrect file.

I will upload now to my gallery.

The sketch is called 'Desireable Sarah'.

Thanks
nigelartist
