Can't upload pictures to contest 7

Dear Joe

Hi I have been trying to upload to one of the contests again, The contest 7. Attempted to upload five pictures in all, but failed each time. I had the same trouble last time when you had to re-size them for me. It says you can post upto 3MB but my images where only 2MB or a little over this. I don't know how to get round this or re-size myself. On one upload it said: 01server error on the others it just stated that the file was too big to upload.

Please could you kindly help me in this matter, as I would very much like to enter my images into the contest. Thank you for all your time and help.
