How to participate in art contest

Hi, there!
I'd like to participate in the "Feeling blue contest" When I click "enter the contest" I have to do two steps to upload the image. I did this before one week, but my images are just uploaded in my gallery, but doesn't appear in the contest entries. What do I have to do? Please, help me!

Select the "Feeling Blue" Contest album from the drop-down menu before you upload the image. You can also go to the images in your gallery and simply move them to the contest album. You do this by clicking the image and then clicking the edit image icon next to the title in the black bar. There you will be able to change the album.
