Upload a painting

Been awhile since I was here last, I seem to be having difficulty with one file in particular as I get an error message when I try to upload

Hi, Carmelo - maybe your file is too big? Limit size is 900kb-1mb for forum postings and I believe it's
2mb's for Gallery or Contests. Let me know if you continue to have probs. E

Upload painting problem. Get an error message. I already have it uploaded to my computer with no problem, so I don’t think
its a size issue. And if it is, how would I know it’s the size.
