Hanging Moons of Langerhan Islets

Something I am working on. Not completely happy-horizontal perspective and no real 'depth'.

I am working to make the image is photorealistic and not so cartoony.

So what are your next steps? Have you made any progress?

I'll drop the latest version online in a bit-changed the horizin to drop it expanding the view. Gave the hanfing man some soft light to give a face and hands without definition-that gives it some depth. Changed the red moon and repositioned both moons plus some color changes.
