Hi ASC friends! It's been a busy fall and winter for me. Finally found time to get back to the canvas. Feedback welcome!

Another stunning piece Rich!
I absolutely love your technique in rendering grasses(as well as everything else!)...it is so real and the muted colors just add to the misty morning mood here!
Also love the rendering of the geese, you are becoming a GREAT wildlife artist!
Lovely work, just lovely!
Keep them coming Rich!

Rich,
This is another one of your paintings that I wish I had my name under.
I think this work is exceptional.
This is classic "Ducks Unlimited Material". Be sure to enter this in the 2011 US juried art competition. Many exceptionally tallent professional artists regularly submit and for good reason. It is probably one of the most sought after recognitions a wildlife artists can achieve.
If you created the entire painting from your own personal resources, in my opinion, this can hold it’s own with the very best of them.

Neat. I love the golden color with the ducks. It reminds me of the bird refuge we have down the road. It also looks like one of those paintings done for ducks unlimited stamps. *thumbs up*
