this is interesting.. I like what you did with the eyes in this one... would like to see these eyes.. in your grayscale one too... :)
The moon in this one is a little flat in comparison to the figure.

Great job!!

Thats my problem I usually minimize secondary objects so as to not detract from the main focus. I just use them for balance.
Those eyes looked awesome on the gray scale and I forgot to save it and to save the layer like I usually do. I'm kicking myself for it. LOL

LOL... Understood... it happens.. :)

Is the ring border around the moon intentional??? Or added... I'd like to see it with out that, of you are going to leave the moon a flat red.

I am LOVING all of these - now, for your moon, fade that sucker back to maybe 40% opacity
and see how you like that. Or. Run some hazy dark cloud fluff over most of it to where we barely
see the moon but know it's still there.

Ya got the right idea but make the moon a different color. Basically, you want to fade the thing back and making it the same color and texture brings it to the front. You also want to give the eye something diff to look at. Work the soft fade in grey/white or mauve/red. E

I'll have to admit I've play with all of the pieces and this type of moon makes them all look a bit more classy.
