A simple painting in acrylic. I want to add something more to make it a little bit more interesting,not sure what elements to add. Please share your ideas.

Not bad, but the balance is definitely off. I think if you added some smaller trees in the mid and background on the right side, that might help. Also, the bumpout of the barn is also off a bit. The perspective needs to be corrected. It appears as though it is going straight downhill rather than forward.

I will respectfully disagree with Joe and of course, only IMHO -
I think this genre of work which feels 'folk', or illustrative,
can sustain the traditionally recognized technical 'faux pas'
and as a matter of fact, the mistakes add to the charm.
As well, reaching into my 'inner child' I also think the colors
are quite appealing. Thanks, E

It comes to show you that art reaches everyone on a different level. I do agree with what E said. It does fall into the illustrative genre and the perspective issue is ok.
