I've has a bit of painters block lately and had a tough time working through it but was finaly able to come up with this. 24x36" oil on canvas of an outdoor cafe in Orvieto, Italy.

hey Brian ,,,very nice job on this .................the clouds add alot to your work and the people .............got great color in this and the buildings look great .................i no all about the block as of late ...........but you came up with a winner here ...........wonderful work .mike :D

After looking at this for awhile I decided I didn't like the FG much. Too blue. I thought it took away fro the subject and the sky so I changed it. Here is a revised image.

Like Erika said, if this is your work coming out of an artist's block...well...I need to have a block too! :lol:

ing up the redo. But I like the painting very much. I agree with you on the foreground pavement. To Blue.
