I've never seen such delicious looking art work. Honestly I'd probably just eat the material. Good thing paint doesn't taste good.

How do you do it? Is it carved, molded? Hand built? How do you work with something that melts easily? Just full of questions aren't I? Just curious is all. :wink:

thanks guys...i love working with chocolate cuz it can be hard or soft depending on the temperature, plus it smells great!

Seriously, this is a wonderful piece, do you have to refrigerate to keep edges crisp?
If you don't already, you should sculpt pieces for Weddings or parties!

thanks barb! I started using chocolate by accident{ dont you just love it when that happens!} Its actually very sturdy material, even in the summer. I wouldnt recommend eating it after awhile, but it holds its shape and after 6 months, i can still smell candy when i walk by.
