Hi, All -

I've been playing around with a new splatter technique for abstraction and wondered what you all thought.

Nope. Splatters do not look like they've been splattered, they look
like they've been carefully placed. Looks stiff. The globs, balls, different
colors and different textures are too much. The look of splattering
paint alone is busy enough, I think. No need to add more.
So get back in there, go crazy and really splatter with one color for starters and the see what you think! ehoeveler

I agree with the other comment. I think you should just close your eyes and go for it. How big is this piece? Jody

not a big fan of splatters myself...

Note: jackson polloks paintings decreased in value after he died... :roll:
