Dawn it is so delicate, beautiful , soft , that I can see nothing but mermaid head who is coming up from the deep . I tried to add beautiful lips and eyes to your water plant in my imagination and saw million dollars painting.
Very beautiful work.

Very glass-like to me. Transparent and fragile.

'Icefire' came to me immediately.

You know the paradox that cold ice can 'burn'.

That's what I see.

Maybe, perhaps, possibly this is one of your personas depending on the present time situation?

Great artwork.

Thanks for looking, everyone. I appreciate knowing how it strikes you. I'd say the work is a success, based on your responses. Again, thanks.

It has a ghostly look about it. And a human kind of a look and feel. Clear warm water. morning sunlight. A new day. A new beginning.
Perfection is what drives an artist.
The inability to achieve perfection is what creates a work of art.

Thanks, John. I think it looks ghostly, too -- that kind of smooth, intriguing way that a seaweed will fade into view when you're kicking along the bottom of the sea floor about, oh, twenty feet down in the calms. The lake bottom here isn't so clear. More muddy. But the Mediterranean used have this wonderful feel to it. Don't know if it still does. I hear it is rather more mucky with pollution now.

I like the color mixture except for the fades to black and white on oppsosite ends. I might would rather see no fading at all because the central colors are so perfect. Otherwise very nice piece. Danny
