I agree about the personable character that has been portrayed...but where's the fury people... this piece lacks in many compositional elements that make a picture of a meerkat artwork. I'm sorry, I just don't see it. It would be great in an illustration of a children's book about animals, but even then the illustrator probably would have put in the environment.

I too like the
ush strokes, but the large amount of negative space not adequately addressed saps the energy of the whole piece.

Space is something according to scientists. So negative space must be nothing. Therefore, how can I have too much of nothing? LOL

Is there some kind of paradox taking place here or maybe a paradigm shift?
