A total keeper! Is the basket weave an homage to the 'craft class'
some of us had at the 'farm'? E

No E is not a take off on a basekt class but a representation of both the angst and the beauty within our psyche. Made with layers and several filters creating the columnar effect. Thanks for looking.

I find this piece to be very interesting, design wise. Is this what they refer to as digital art? The lines / architecture seem quite the challenge to recreate with the free hand , paint and
ush? If you don'rt mind me asking, what is this suppose to represent? Thanks

prisoner of the Psyche

It represents both the angst and beauty within ourselves, but sometimes we are a prisoner and can't let out the beauty because of the angst.
Yes this is digital art.
The sculpture was taken at a museum in New Mexico and when walking there I saw the baby's
eath on a wall hanging over the top and shot that and thought combining the two when give a good contrast of feelings. I then worked on the "wall" or grid in photo shop to combine the flowers within it and the open bars to represent freedom if one so chooses. Very conceptual therefore one can interpret it any way they "see it."
thanks for stopping and commenting.

Thanks for the clarification. I am still a bit frustrated as I just don't know what the word " angst " means as it is not found in my dictionary ( Gage Canadian Intermediate) . I assume that my dictionary term "intermediateâ€

Angst is a feeling of anxiety or apprehension often accompanied by depression.

Thanks Saphyre for the clarification for all.
Actually, the image can be anything one sees or interprets it to be..
That's just what I saw it to be.
Thanks for the look see and comments.

i don't see any baby's
eath or flowers or sculpture in there. what i thought i saw at first was an image of a blue native person coming out of the weaving. basically, i like it even though i don't know what the heck i'm looking at.
