You have all the key elements and the motion is clear. Your foreshortening esepcially below the waste is off. Would have darkened the right shoulder to better differentiate his head which gets lost at first glance. The ring finger on his right hand doesnt fit with the rest of the fingers.
Your on your way and can clearly see what your going for. Not bad at all.
