I use it for all if my image resizing. It is easy and works great.

What digital art program do you use. They all should have a resize tool in them. I use mainly Gimp https://www.gimp.org/downloads/, it's free and I like it's brushes also you can create your own brushes with it. but I also have Adobe illustrator CS5 (this one will run you some money) I personally don't like it as much as I like Gimp but thats just me.
