There's this new sushi place that opened just across the street from where I live. I've gone there a few times now and I always get this adorably awkward waitress. So I drew her...

Welcome, Mathew! I like the style and you have her body proportions done correctly - nice shading and coloring with your digital. The band around her head looks a bit off - is that hair sheen or a cloth band? As far as age demographic we have all ages ranging from 70's/80's on down. Lately we've been
having lots of high school/college art students join up - I've been waiting for something fresh - seen good things here and there!
