Advice on faces

Hi everyone. I am practicing drawing more faces and would like your feedback of the two faces I added here. Thanks in advance.

good work, I like the lady's eyes better than the man's. They seem to have more heart. Human faces all have such differing characteristics and are not always easy to bring to life. I sincerely think you've caught the lady better than the man.

Thanks for the positive criticism. I like the lady better too. I actually drew the guy twice, but when you spend a lot of time on one drawing it is hard to see your mistakes. Thanks again!
