I must say thank you guys for your input, the gallery exhibition started yesterday and the reviews from everyone was
illiant, I was a bag of nerves at the start but i needn't have worried as they loved it.

No I think you need to leave the water alone as it leads the eye anyway and it great how it is, what is missing is anything to draw the eyes up, you are led to the trees, reflection and the bear then towards the peaks, which you dont really notice What I would do is give a little more detail on the ...

OH MY you have changed havent you, your latest work is totally different that it is hard to think that you did both !!!!!!!!! Something is missing from the sand bank at the front - little animal - whatever you get over there raccoons or beavers etc.... anyway overall I rate this as 9.5 /10 Thanks yo...

They are great I work in this medium myself and know the difficulties

Ok here is the third flower which is a blue rose, this was difficult to get the basic image down, thought I would post this before I start on the other two as they are ready to carry on to the next stage.

Not my kind of medium but excellent work love the progress of the sky and the blending then the little details. :D Fantastic work for first time using will keep an eye out for you as after 6 months of using oil pastels will be even better. Thank you for showing it

Drawing Pretty Lass

Hi all

Did this last night, just a quick sketch in pancil, trying to get some portrait practice, this is thanks to a photographer Jeremy Binns (Flickr) who let me use the image from a Lass on her weddind day
