Lovely work Krista. The vi ancy in the poppies is really nice. They are nice and ight. The colour is great. petals leaves and pot. Some of the poppies do feel a bit heavy to me, I think it is because the petals are turning over.... just not showing the paper thin'ness as well as some of the other po...

Thanks BAReem. I don't want realism, but I want to make the feathers look less chunky, more refinned. More textured for lack of a better word. I feel that the feathers now are all over the place. More structure is what I am looking for... any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks much!!! shannon

Is there going to be more nude classes

Does anyone know if there are going to be anymore of these postings? Although I have taken the initiative to do some studies on parts of the body.... I need the push of having is put to me as a test.... so if anyone else likes the idea, I would love more of the nude fig drawing topics come out thank...

Background help

I did this 7 years ago.... never liked the background.... like the bird and the tree... any help with how to fix the background???? without ruiing the foreground?

Thanks rips and Erika, I am going to try again with another bird image. Feathers are difficult, but I will get it. Maybe if a do a few studies, trying your technique rips and see what I get.

Menolly, I, by no means am an expert, so take this as you will. Yes, the mega pixel is important, and the optical zoom is important. I believe there is also digital zoom, now someone correct me if I am wrong, but digital zoom is the bad one, maybe someone with better expertise can explain that.... s...

Camera shake

What happens is that our hands, when taking pictures always shake, the lighting within our homes aren't ight enough to stop an image (like a flash would) and prevent blurriness. A lot of cameras also don't allow you to get in close enough to the picture so in turn there is a lot of cropping and you ...
