Night Lady

This one should get a lot of attention. I did it in grade 9 for my girlfriend (now my wife) using leftover red, white and black tremclad paint. I told my wife I will paint her a new one but she wants to keep this one LOL

I envy him for the skill but its too bad all that work won't last long. It actually gives the owner reason not to wash their cars. Hope he at least takes pictures of his work.

Wow, That is a lot of info, and Melanie you have a lot of pictures. Very nice work. I am not in the photography per say, but this realy opens my ayes. I always thought that the photographers' work was beter protected than this. And that site with free pictures for taking .... i don't get it. Sad. Slav

HI guys, Thanks for your interest. Its one man show ... me. I design, build the molds, cast the parts and install for the client. If I need a carved element I do it in clay and pour silicon over, creating a mold. So the parts are cast (stonecast or thincast) Everyone has secret mixture and procedure...

Have you consider leaving it in pure white ... maybe only a grey patina?
Dont know why but the paint (color) adds new values but at the same time takes away something ... and I miss what it takes away.
