Torn Paper Collage

So I have been doing torn paper collage. These are paper torn from magazines on canvas. I really would like feedback from artists because I love this medium and want to continue to grow with it.

Torn Paper Collage

I have a very small apartment and my almost 4 year old grandson is with me each day while his mommy works. I needed to find a media that is easy to put down and pick up, doesn't take up much space and is inexpensive. After experimenting with torn paper collage I find I am in love with the medium. No...

Now that the end of that phase is in sight I have been spending a few hours each day with music and art supplies in an attempt to jump st...

Brian I have been providing home day care for my 4 month old grandson full time the last six weeks or so. During July and August I also had my 5 year old grandson until he started school. Now the last week I have had a 14 month old and the 4 month old. I can afford art supplies now but it might be a...

Yeah I read something about tinting fa ic with crayons in a needlework tutorial. They didn't put the crayon on as heavy instead they sort of colored on the muslin like you would on a coloring book page. Used own paper bags to put the fa ic between and ironed the tint into the fa ic then they stitche...

Re: You can feel the anquish

Mike51 wrote:You did a great job of conveying the pain and anquish with out even showing the subjects face. I see that female figure in the shower as a perging of emotion. Very strong almost an intrusion. Am I reading it right?
