Re: Front-end-loader

Hi Nigel. I know I have answered the question on another thread, but just for those not watching the other one. I have to demonstrate how these machines and my client's product help to make life underground safer. The next step is to place everything underground deep within the earth and create inci...

Re: Front-end-loader

Hi E

Thanks for the compliment. Animating mechanical stuff is easy. It is setting up the rigs for the pistons that takes a little longer and a lot of thinking.

I find animating organics (humans and animals) much harder!!! You have to make the motions smoother and timing is everything!!!

Front-end-loader

I made this for an upcoming job. This is a test to see if the piston rig setup is working correctly.

Re: Concepts for a story in progress

I there Ehoeveler and RELusion76 Thanks for the kind remarks. The story is not fully written yet, but the broad idea is there. The plan is to make a 3D feature film of this and it might take up to two year to produce. Yes I will post some of the stuff (vehicles and other) here, but as always there h...

Re: Concepts for a story in progress

The story is not fleshed out as yet. It is set in a swamp on a distant planet and humans set out on an exploring expedition. As usual things go wrong and they crash land on the planet without the means to communicate or return to earth. But some of the inhabitants are rather clever and just maybe th...

Re: Dismal human nature

The nature part is not so much a reference to the "earth", but more to what the internal parts, the desperation humans find in them selves. I have done this picture a long time ago and I think I must therefore redo this one entirely. I will post something new on the subject soon.

Abstract

A little bit of eye candy.

This was one of those quick images, if I remember it right, it took me less than half an hour to model. The rendering took a bit longer.

Thank you very much for your reply. I think you are right on both the topics you raised. Laziness comes to mind when I read your comment. I will put away my laziness and get to work.

Thanks again!!!

If you have a photo editing software, then you have a means. Most software allow you to set the size of your pictures. It would be called image size or resize, most of the time found under image or edit in the menu bar. Most pictures display very well at pixels dimension not wider than 900px. Let me...
