Thanks for the comment Julie:)
I used peicemeal reference pictures for different parts of the man's body, but the arm came purely from my own imagination, hence the akward angle. I'll see if I can't tweak it to make it look more natural.

this is a really nice peice. you made her hands look natural, which can be hard from this angle. i would like to experiment in comic-book type drawings. do you have any sources that you could recomend to me? you can reply by going to the "baby monkey" post in this forum.

This last one is really cool. I like the girl on the right; here irish is very in-focus. The girl on the left is very slightly blurry compared to the girl on right, and i think if you just make her iris as crisp as the girl on right's, then it'll be fabulous! great job
