Re: Let's Play!

Was it for a show? I like the warm hue against the sharpness of black.

Re: New and in need of guidance! what do you think?

I think it really comes down to , what you wanted as an artist to depict. And the Artists interpretation of art is always going to be different from that of the audience. Guidance can be given if you give a little idea of what you are striving for. Your image is kind of straddling the fence of abstr...

Re: Feedback please

Hi Tom...
For a new medium, I thing you did great... The Composition for sure, is great. and you did well in ensuring you didn't lose the form in general... Use some High & Low tones to further add definition throughout however I think the legs need more attention.

Re: Practice & Post - Animals

I agree with that latter idea.... Animals give us "too busy" mammals a sense of grounding, and simplicity that we need...

Re: Dragon sculpture.

I use it a lot.. its pretty awesome.. Amazon has it in multiple color bases, I use typically Gray.. and paint. But it fully sculptable and cures in 2-6hrs, no baking. Super rigid strong. and if you sculpt it onto something solid, it will cure to what you put it on, no gluing needed.

Re: Dragon sculpture.

Nice... have you tried Magic Sculpt? I use it for base forms a lot.. its structurally more sturdy than polymer alone, and the polymer cures to it just fine.. cross-compatible.

Re: Art by Azure

You have a great handle on perspective and Light.. I really like this.. the lack of color is impactful and moody, wereas the seeming color on the gritty wall gives an good element as well.
Well done.
