composition

The problem with this composition is not whether it is portrait or landscape, but rather that the subject is centered in the frame. Also, the hands have a finger or two cut off by the bottom border. I rather like the darkness of this image and hope you can make some adjustments to improve this inter...

All monsoon picture were shot from the ground. I use a nikon d80 at present, some times a a 2 1/4 or 5x 7 view occasionally I will stile use my F3

Interesting ideas, however, your masking and, I presume, Photoshop work is a little rough. The idea would to make all the manipulations look more refined and natural, unless, of course you wanted more of a montage effect.

Your images do have a nice feel. I would suggest, if possible, that you do some more work with this building. The first image, for example, could be tighter, with the concentration on the porch and bottle. Cropping the image so the uprights for the porch frame the sides, the roof line frames the top...

Thank you both for your nice comments. Both of you have seen and expressed what my feeling was taking this image. There are many levels on which we react or respond to urinals. Moreover, I am happy that what I was trying to say about this one comes across so well.
