Good printer

I use http://www.gotprint.com for all my print needs. They are local to my community, Los Angeles, but ship all over. The work they do is outstanding and the pricing is very fair. And, here's the biggie, they don't spam or share information. And their help desk insn't in India or the Bahamas, or som...

The would say why spend $1500 for a studio to spend 3 days with us to make a cd when we can spend $500 and get our own stuff and make it ourself. The same thing happened in the 1980s with the publishing industry. It happened with commercial art, too. It's happening with film. It's happening all ove...

Cameraman_2: And you'll continue to struggle. That's part of the creative life. It's good advice; don't quit your day job unless you have a means of support. To simply jump into freelance may not be the best choice. Especially if you don't have the client base and gigs to cover your living expenses....

Yes, it's a real drag when it's raining sewage on your parade. I've been there. Didn't have a phone for 2 years, didn't have hot water for 1 year or heat. Had to heat water in a pot to heat my bath water. Cashed the food stamps in for coins to use the pay phone or for bus fare. It sucked. I really g...

Don't look at your glass as half empty. It isn't. You have a job. No matter how humble it is, it is a job and there is honor in that. Kudos. (You are manifesting prosperity energy and everything in this life is about energy.) So what if you are on food stamps? No indignity there. You have a child to...

Ah... it's a great tip, however it's not available in the US. Darn. I love blatant selfpromotion.

I've used them for business cards, two sided, very custom. The fee was 78 dollars and included shipping. They were quick, the printing was good. However, they did start the sharing of my information with other marketers. I simply use my email filters to block the spam and I wrote to them to stop cal...

Don't Quit! Get focused....

I understand how you feel. It can be frustrating. I'd like to give you some real honest feedback, as an art director. When I land on your site the first thing I notice is it's lack of professional layout. I'm sorry, but it's a little too homemade to sing "I am a master of my craft and I all tha...

I have a problem with obvious photoshop tricks unless the obvious is a totally intended visual pun. The yantra in the john is an interesting concept in itself, and I think should be investigated further, and perhaps more clearly (better use of perspective perhaps.) I'd like to see the original photo...

I wish I could see the original, or at least see this one clearly. It's hard on a computer screen to see "potential" content or details. I know you say there's depth, and I've seen your other link, however, the image is coming off very dark and flat. One thing I would do is make the image ...

It's very sweet, in a folk art way. Nicely executed. Kudos.
