  • About Me: I've always been confused about viewpoint...

This tends to happen when you take one step forward for every two giant leaps back. You lose all sense of self when you don’t know who you are or who you’ve become. Finding the motivation to continue living with even the slightest bit of normality progressively gets harder and harder. My skin constantly feels like a straightjacket that my true sense cannot escape; like my ribs are a cage with only the capacity to fit a finch, but contain an African Grey. My creative, educational, and social abilities are misrepresented by an overwhelming sense of uncertainty. I am as atypical as that adjective gets. I’ve never had an outlet for my manifold of random thoughts except art.

I learn although I regret and condemn knowledge because it only adds more information to the vagueness. Art lets me search for meaning, purpose and direction and find something besides disorganization and information anxiety. I am cynical. I am mad at my creator. I speak through art; otherwise no one listens. It provides a sense of closure and opens a whole new chapter in the book and progression of my life.

I am scared of losing the authenticity of my life to a cliché. So through hundreds of sheets of newsprint and cardstock and possibly thousands of #2 pencils, I release an unnoticed culprit in the works of revolutionizing modern thinking and acting; a ball of disjointed thoughts and themes; a pessimist with a bad backache. My work screams of love and passion, of obsession and despondency, of unorthodox religious themes, of family values and the by-product from not having any – everything the world won’t touch.

You can’t find the truth without getting lost in your own situations.
