Specializing is a Good Thing by RichardDevine on Mon Mar 03, 2014 8:55 am
My interests have always been varied. I’ve always hated to pigeon-hole myself, to restrict myself to one thing or one area. It always seems that I’m missing out on something else. I love to garden. I’ve been involved in horticulture most of my adult life and I’m still fascinated by plants – their myriad forms, colors, textures, shapes. I also like to build period furniture. I’ve built corner cabinets, tables, drysinks and cradles. I still love to get out in the shop and build something. I even spent a few years doing sculptures.
The same holds true with my art. I love paint landscapes, wildlife, architectural structures and botanical subjects. Even my medium of choice is hard to pinpoint. I’ve done oils, acrylics, colored pencils and watercolor. When I’m using one medium I am imagining myself doing the painting in another. I could be doing better in another medium. And, if I change to the other, I think I should’ve stayed with the first. I look over the works of other artists I admire,...

The http://www.watford-escorts.com agency in London are very sexy and hot girls who are ready to meet their innermost expectations. All girls are sensual and know perfectly well how to please a man. Really worth.

Great Maestros, ahoy! Look here! by MillenniumMission on Sun Oct 14, 2012 11:58 pm
This is an interesting site for a newborn digital artist like me :D In all my humbleness I try to fit in with you great Maestros here, and hope you find my art as interesting and promising as those who´ve seen it :) I don´t know absolutely anything about photo shop, but have tried to put in good use my tiny knowledge about light manipulation. The thing is, my great passion for all fine art has given me a kick start for this, and although I´m a bit in a shallow water compared to others, I have faith in that in time, even I, could become a Maestro! :D

Trust Thyself, Artist by armusik on Wed Mar 29, 2017 5:04 pm
It's no secret I love the works of Ralph Waldo Emerson. Nothing empowers me more and helps me focus on what is important. It took many years and a lot of background noise to penetrate but at 42, I feel more alive and full of energy than ever before. It wasn't always the case though – I had to wade in the same pool of self-doubt and uncertainly as many before me. I had to grow a thick skin and learn not to obsess on all the negative and ‘constructive’ criticism I seemed to attract. The journey to self-empowerment was difficult and many lessons were learned the hard way but in the end, I emerged a warrior.
We all go through the same trials and tribulations, don't think you're the only one.
We all go through the same trials and tribulations, don't think you're the only one.

I've eluded many times about all the people that let me down or wounded me with their negative comments or suggestions. Sometimes, these people are the closest to you and they can destroy you with one hurtful sente...

Thank You ? by surealworld on Sat Aug 02, 2014 8:39 am
At my place of employment, part of my job is to issue equipment to service technicians.
Well one morning after I handed a technician his equipment,He thanked me in spanish,in a joking manner He said", Grassy *** ." Instead of using the real word which is Gracias.
So I replied," The remedy to get rid of the case of the Grassy ***, is to stop having nude picnics on your front lawn.
